Gymnasium/Berg Art Center
A multi-functional building, the Berg Art Center was originally built as the Gymnasium in 1915. From 1946-1947, it served as a men’s dorm and was lovingly coined “Paradise Hall.” The building was remodeled in 1953 and renamed the Berg Art Center after C. M. Berg who had contributed the project funds. The art center was demolished in 1991.
