Townhouses

The Townhouses are the newest residential buildings on campus and are comprised of two buildings constructed in 2004 for $3.8 million. The 28 units are called home by 72 juniors and seniors. The unit layouts vary from two- or three- bedroom apartments to four-bedroom bi-level units. Some of the perks of living in the facility include private bedrooms, in-unit laundry, and large personal kitchens.
