A women’s dormitory, Park Region Hall was built in 1956 at a cost of $650,000. Its name derives from Park Region Luther College; a Fergus Falls, Minnesota institution that merged its college department with Concordia in 1917. The dorm was renovated in 1996 for $3.3 million making it one of the more spacious and updated dormitories on campus.
