Hi Darling
It me again I glad my Mother calls you one of the family because you will soon be if you don’t change your mind. I don’t think much of phil girl but I not much of a judge of other people gals I only saw her once. She’s [illegible deletion] just about what you called her a tight sweater girl. [W]ell so much for that. What have you been doing lately[?] I got your letter saying you got the box back. You know what I’m having my teeth fix and I just had two more out. In the army they give you a comb then the[y] cut all your hair or they give you a tooth brush [sic] and then pull your teeth out. I wonder what they’ll give me
[Page 2]
next. There’s going to be a big parade so I think I go and see it. Gee I hope I get a fourlough [sic] for Xmas because there are big things I want to do. I don’t know yet just where I be. I might be in Ireland by that time you can never tell when you are coming down. [Y]ou know it[‘]s your turn this time. I’m only fooling you know I don’t want you to come all the way down here alone. I love you darling and I’ll always will so think of me once in a while [sic] and wait. I love you. Love
