Yve Darling
Well here I am again. Gee everytime I look at the picture where I kissed you I got a funny feeling. I’ll bet you will be surprised when you get this letter. I just got back from the feild [sic] and I’m going to go to bed before they put me to work. You must have to give a lot of lesson’s [sic] now since you got to have them all after school. Darling I think I’ll go to Pine Camp N.Y. be fore [sic] I go across anyway.[O]f course I’m not saying that I’m going across but then you can never tell, I hope I don’t anyway. I love you darling
[Page 2]
and I would rather be home with you anyway. [J]ust in case you forget to tell me your ring size size this will remind you. You know darling that since I came back from my furlough I can’t stop thinking of you for 5 minutes. I telling you it’s getting bad. May be [sic] that Roland can write better letters than this. I didn’t like that crack in the little you wrote me but I knew you ment [sic] him so. Darling I love you so much that it’s hurts [sic] me so when you talk like that. I love you. Love
