Dearest Yve

I love you so very much to-night [sic] that I think maybe I’m going crazy. I went to see the chaplain to night [sic] but he didn’t show up. I had an appointment for eight o’clock and I waited until nine-thirty so darling I’m going over to morrow [sic]. Maybe he was called away for some thin [sic].Gee darling I don’t know what’s the matter. I haven’t had any letters from home lately. I hope to get one to

morrow [sic] somebody should write. I wrote to everybody last but maybe they’re to[o] busy too [sic]. Well darling there’s not too much to write about to night [sic] except I love you and I really mean it to[o]. I haven’t finish[ed] that letter to you[r] father yet. I don’t know I guess I’ve started over about fifty times. I love you and I got to go to bed now because we’ve been getting up at 4:15 in the morning and that’s early. I hope when we’re married I wont [sic] have to get up quite so early. As Ever

Howard
