This pin was given to commemorate the Royal Visit of Crown Princess Martha and then Crown Prince Olav in 1939. During this visit, the Crown Prince received Concordia College's first honorary degree.

These images show 7th Street which used to run through campus immediately to the west of Old Main. This area is now part of Founder's Court. It is estimated that these images were taken before or after a commencement ceremony, likely in 1926.
