Hi darling,
Here I am again and still in the same mood I was in last night. I mean I still love you. As Ever. I had to drive intil [sic] eleven thirty and when I got back all the lights were out and everybody was sleeping so I didn’t want to wake them up or they would throw me out of the barrack so that’s why I’m continuing now. You better start writing to me again because I haven’t had a letter in two days darling and I’m going to be mad if I don’t get

one tomorrow. I don’t mean it darling but one letter from you is worth a million from anyone else. Gee darling I miss you so very very much and I want you so much. I’m really tired to night [sic] so I guess I’ll close but I’ll have time tomorrow I hop I love you as ever. Your other half.

Howard

P.S. Has junior been a bad [illegible deletion] boy yet. I’ll have to go home and look into this if he has.
