Friday
Dearest darling Yve.,
Well here it is friday and another day nearer discharge I hope. Well They moved all the fifty pointer in one barracks to day [sic] and I just got settled in a place to sleep. It look [sic] like they’ll start discharging us starting the first of dec. but I don’t know what date they will get to me but it will be before christmas. Darling this is one of my blue days because I didn’t get any letters from you and you know how it is. It just doesn’t seem [illegible deletion] right not to hear from you. I love you so very much

[Page 2]

though darling and if I was home I show you. I want to be with you so very much my darling. I’ve haven’t heard what you want for christmas yet but its [sic] early yet and I’ll give you a couple of days in which to decide Darling. I don’t know what to say to night [sic] except I love you and I wrote that so many times you ought to know by now that there’s only one you and I love you so very very much. As Ever.

Howard
