Dearest Yve.,
Well honey my moral [sic] is getting higher all the time with two letters from you today. Don’t worry about me reenlisting because I won’t and nobody better not try to make me. Gee darling I love you so much that all I ever think about anymore is going home and the sooner the better. Well I didn’t go to the show tonight I just went up for a couple of milk shakes [sic] and then got to talking with a bunch of the guys. They’re all talking about getting discharge and planning when there [sic] going home but I’m not planning
[Page 2]
what day because I’ve been disapointed [sic] so many times I’ve just about give up. Well darling, Hows [sic] my little princes [sic] these days? I wish I was home now. I’m getting so fed up on this army. I’m never going to leave home again without you after I get out. I got to go and take a shower now and shave but don’t forget I still love you and I’ll write you the moment I’m a free man so if you get a telagram [sic] don’t worry. I love you so much. As Ever.
Howard

P.S. I love you both so much.
