Hi beautiful,
Its [sic] only me again and I still love you as much or just a little more than ever. Gee darling I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t get that letter every day from you. I got a letter from you to day [sic] and Mummy I’d love to have you down for the eighth but as far as I know just now I won’t be able to get any time off until after the 15th but you know the army things can change over night. [sic] I hope they do darling. I do want to see you so very much. Well darling to day [sic] was Saturday

[Page 2]

and as usual we had our inspection and to night [sic] I took in a 15 cent movie it was all about mummys to [sic] but not the kind that sing to kids and the other picture was three little sisters which wasn’t too bad. Well darling I’m going to bed now but I’ll write more to morrow [sic] so until then just keep loving me and remember I love you and I really [am] so glad we got married. I love you. As ever,

Howard
