Hi darling,
Well here it is another blue monday [sic] and lots of work to do. I just had to go and draw some more tools for the shop and now I got to find a place to put them. First of all darling [sic], I promise to be a good boy for the duration. No more of this getting called to the office and all that. That little thing I got called on won’t affect another stripe. Its [sic] just
[Page 2]
that I don’t know when or if I can get it although I’m working on it. I want it as much a[s] you want it me to get it. You ought to know I’m getting sick of living all alone. I love you so much that it’s not funny. Darling Its [sic], funny I haven’t heard from home since I got back from furlough and I don’t know what the matter [sic]. Well darling [sic] how do you feel today. I’m ok. [sic]
[Page 3]
but who could feel happy in this place with out [sic] you. E. Pepper just came down and said that we had to take inventory to-night [sic]. You see what I mean the work is never done. Well honey I got to quit now but will write again soon. Say hello to every body [sic] for me and darling [sic] I love you so much that life don’t mean athing [sic] with out [sic] you. As Always [sic]
