Dearest Yve,
Well hon I didn’t get any mail from you to day [sic] but that’s all right. I love you so very much and I want you more than anything in the world. I went to Santa Barbara yesterday and came back at twelve, of course I had to drive in and when I was there I went to the show and then down to the beach and that was about all except walk until my shoes were about
[Page 2]
worn out. There’s nothing to do in that place at all. One of the officers said that he would rather live out here than in the east and I told him he was nuts. Gee darling I’ll be glad to get home where I can be into you all the time and gee I love you so very much. It will be swell to have a home of our own and there will be only two bosses that’s you and I (mostly you). I don’t know what to do anymore so I just go to the show every time the picture changes
[Page 3]
and tomorrow they got a good show so (And Then There Were None.) so I guess I’ll see it. I love you darling and miss you so very much and I much must say good night now. I love you like everything my beautiful darling and I mean every word of it. I love you so very very much. As Ever.
Howard
