Dear Yvette,
I went to see the chaplain to-night [sic] and he wrote a letter to the Priest asking him to send that form that was supposed to be sent here. I went to take another instruction to night [sic] and then came backe [sic] and worked until just now and I’m tire. The big inspection is coming to morrow [sic] and I took time off to take the instruction thats [sic] what made me work so late. Well darling nothing new happened to day [sic] except that I got a little home sick

around noon time and wished I had you. Just seeing you would make a new man of me, what will marrying you do to me? This will have to be short because first call is five to morrow [sic] morning and I need sleep bad to night [sic]. I love you and I want you. As Ever
