Dear Mrs. Sarty
I love you very much to-day [sic] and I hope you still want me as much as I want you. I got a nice letter from you to-day [sic] and in it was all about the house. Darling I’d like to see the house before we buy it because well just because. The idea sound pretty good though and I’m all for it if we can swing it. You know me I’m not afraid of hard work and I’ll do anything you say as for repainting a babys [sic] crib. Well I don’t know how good I am but I’ll try. You see I’m not used

to working on babys [sic] things. I went to the show last night as a I said I would and it was very good. I wish I was home so much though. Touching movies like that make me want you so much and I just can’t be there. I still got that $50. What shall I do with it? I’m so darn lonely I don’t know what to do anymore. I sit [illegible deletion] around the barracks and go nuts then I go to the show and get homesick. So what am I to do. I’ll close now and write to morrow [sic]. I love you and always will. Please keep loving me always. I want you forever. As Ever.
