Hi darling:
I’ve been a good boy all day today and I miss you so much when I have time to sit around and think. first of all I slept until nine-thirty this morning and then I got up and went to church like all good boys do. Then I came back and had dinner and after that I came back here to write you a letter but I didn’t get very far because I ran into a couple of officers from the company who
[page 2]
wanted me to take some pictures of them in a jeep, so I did. The funny part of it is when the Sgt. got in the jeep and sat there for a while I waited until he had his mouth open before [illegible deletion] I snaped [sic] it. I said to him that I’d like to see that picture after he had it developed and he said O.K. Now all I got to do is wait. Well they took up most of the afternoon so I ate again. Well after that the boys wanted me to join them in a show so I went and here
[page 3]
I am now writing you a letter if that’s what you call it. No kidding darling I miss you so much and I love you so much that its [sic] terrible. I want to be with you and I know I can’t so I guess I’ll have to be satisfied here for a while. I love you darling and please never stop loving me. Darling I love you always
