Dear Yve,
Well darling its [sic] me again an [sic] I got back alright and its [sic] a good thing I took the early train because some of the guys took the night train and were late coming in and I guess they’ll get the works. I was going to write cards to you between trains but all the trains were late and I had to run when I made a change to catch the other one. I’m sending you this letter from Jack and Doris that I got when I got back so you can write if you want to. Darling i was going to write again last night but I was so darn tired
[Page 2]
and besides I had a slight head-ache. but its [sic] all gone now and I feel pretty good. I didn’t get cold yet either. Well hows my little darling to day [sic]? I wish I was with you. I got so darn lonesome with out [sic] you. Though it isn’t funny. I guess I have to leave to-night but I’ll write a long letter to morrow. I love you darling with all my heart. As Ever
