How are you to-day [sic] and such? Well I haven’t been doing much to-day [sic]. I went to my letter office and at one thirty I had all my work alone and they wanted me to do some dirty work so I just made an excuse to go back to the barrack and as soon as I got out of sight I took a nice long walk in the sunshine. talking about is something we can’t say something about. Well I went to a show last night and I saw Writer’s Children at will be a good picture for you to see. Well I am trying to write you a letter and the radio is playing (These are such things). [D]arling please write me a letter. I haven’t got one for 5 days and it seems that you don’t love me any more [sic]. Well I got [sic] to go now so be good and remember [D]arling I love you very much. I love love you
Howard

P.S. Do you think this will sound all right? Mr. and Mrs. Howard Sarty
