By the way I got to go on guard to-morrow [sic] night and I won’t be able to write. I got a letter from my sister Betty today and she said that she saw you and that she would give me one week to answer her letter but as it is I won’t have time tonight but I guess I [will] get around to it before

Gee I love you and I’m getting a lonesome again. Well [D]arling I got [sic] to be leaving now for a while because I got [sic] to gon get a couple of that to do a detail for the Captain. I love you. As ever
Howard
