Dearest darling Wife,
Gee I love you so very very much tonight that I don’t know what to do anymore. I got a wonderful letter from you to-day and darling its [sic] a good thing that I get those letters because it make [sic] me feel so good to hear from you. In it you said you put off going to see the doctor and I knew you would that [sic] why I want to go home so bad to make you do the things you should and not do the things you shouldn’t like giving lessons all night like you do. I wouldn’t want anything to happen to you darling because
[Page 2]
I love you to [sic] much. My beautiful little mummy I love you so very much that I can’t sleep nights without dreaming of you and I have such wonderful dreams that I’m all tired out in the morning when I get up. I didn’t do any thing [sic] to night [sic] but get a hair cut [sic] and went to the P.X. and had a hamburger and now I’m about ready for bed. I love you so much but I don’t know how to say it but if you were here I’d be able to show you and tell you to [sic]. Goodnight darling and keep your fingers crossed so I’ll be out for christmas. I love you, all of you darling. Lots of love from me to you.
Howard
