Darling.

I didn’t write last night because after I had supper and washed I layed [sic] down for a few minutes, well the few minutes ran in to [sic] hours and I didn’t wake up until five this morning. I must of [sic] been tired. I got a letter from you to day [sic] and in it you mentioned my bank account. I’m afraid it won’t be much if we get married and about you[r] Dad gee darling I don’t know

what to do. And another thing, when I tell you there’s not a room within fifty miles of camp I’m not kidding because I’ve had my friends check up and I did a little checking myself and Darling I’d hate to have you come and go back on the next train. [D]on’t get me wrong darling I want you here with me more than anything in the world and in your letter you said to wait until I got home before we talk but you know how to make me agree so its [sic] no good. Darling I got to close now but I’ll write to morrow [sic]. I love you so much darling. As Ever

Howard
