Jake Christiansen Stadium

The Jake Christiansen Stadium is named for former long-time football coach Jake Christiansen. It was built in 1966 at a cost of $305,000. The facility underwent a $5 million update called the Jake Campaign. This project (1) replaced all the natural grass on the football field and baseball infield with artificial turf; (2) paved the parking lot; and (3) purchased a new electronic wireless timing system for use at track and field competitions. Further renovations included constructing a new locker room facility, updating lights on the football field, widening the soccer field, and expanding bleacher seating.
